NURSERY HOURS:
Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 7:30-12:00 noon
Closed: Saturdays (during fall through winter months) Sundays, New Year's Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day through the weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the day after Christmas.
We also may close during inclement weather (heavy rain/snow)
Our office will be closed on Saturdays from October-March.
About Hawkins Nursery, Inc.
Hawkins Nursery, Inc. was started in 1984 by Charles F. Hawkins as a hobby. The business has grown into a full-time business. Anthony Hawkins took over the day-to-day operations of the business in 2010, as Charles is semi-retired.
Today, Hawkins Nursery has eight full-time employees and is open year round. Our business focus is to supply container and field grown material to local landscapers, commercial growers, landscape architects, and residential general contractors. We supply our plants and services to individuals and home owners as well.
We also offer a variety of landscaping services including hardscapes, irrigation, installing trees and shrubs, and mulching.

Terms and Conditions
Terms of Sale: All plants/trees must be paid for upon pick up or delivery. We accept Cash, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, and checks with proper identification. Please note there will be a 3% surcharge for all credit/debit card transactions. A $32 fee will be charged for any returned check. For customers with established credit, and a record of prompt payment, the following terms are extended: invoices are payable in full 30 days from the date of invoice. A charge of 2% per month will be added to unpaid balances after 30 days without exception. The purchaser agrees to pay all costs of collection including reasonable attorney fees. First year customers are COD.
Deposits: Any deposit made on an order is non-refundable.
Prices: Our prices are wholesale and are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy: Cancelled tree orders are subject to a 5% un-tagging fee. Cancelled plant orders that have been pulled are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Return Policy: It is our policy not to accept returned items. Under special circumstances, some items may be accepted for return, but a 5% restocking fee will be charged. No returned plant material will be accepted after 48 hours of the sale under any conditions.
Shipment: Delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser. However, delivery can be arranged by Hawkins Nursery at a nominal fee.
Digging: All field grown trees/shrubs will be mechanically dug and placed into wire baskets.
Guarantee: All plants are guaranteed to be healthy and true to name upon leaving the nursery. There is no warranty as to the productiveness of the stock or for problems resulting from transplanting. Claims must be brought to our attention within 48 hours. No claims will be considered on past due accounts or to anyone except the original purchaser. We accept no responsibility for guarantees our customers give to their customers. In all cases, the original prices shall be the maximum damages to which the purchaser is entitled, and will consist of credit, or replacement of the stock at our discretion. Under no circumstances will any winter-killed plants be discussed.
Customers who are picking up their own plant material must supply their own tarps or truck covers to prevent drying out of plant material. No claims will be considered, if nursery stock is transported without adequate protection. We reserve the right to refuse loading material into inappropriate vehicles. This includes putting B&B material into cars, vans and SUV's.
